Madame Paulette Dry Cleaners
My wife's two Hermes scarves arrived today. She had tears in her eyes when she saw that you were able to remove the black "Sharpie" marker stain from the one. She had hoped, and prayed that the stain would come out. I knew they were in good hands and we had confidence in Madame Paulette. But I told myself at least the stain was on the inside of the scarf and we'd just have to accept it and that perhaps all that could be done was to remove the grease splotch. To open the package and see the scarf had no sign at all of any stain nor any wear and tear from cleaning - we were so happy! Thank you very, very much!
