I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system.

He was very professional, took off his shoes upon entering my home, and did a very good job. He even waited until my husband got home from work to explain the system to him. I am very pleased with everything I have experienced so far and hope to stay that way.
