I initially ignored RJT's bad reviews, but I'm sorry I did. I heard the handful of recent good reviews shoved in over a short period were done by friends and family at RJT's request. This shop is the ultimate rip-off, and its association with triple-A just gives them access to more victims. From my experience, they drum up unnecessary repairs so they can charge as much as they can possibly get away with. They recently charged me over $1,500 for a single visit, with no major justication (such as a new transmission). They often take an entire day just to diagnose the problem, so that you're so desparate to get your car back you'll OK anything. On my last visit, they charged well over $500 in labor alone. After a number of similar incidents, I finally wised up. I'm guessing their shady practices are the reason they don't accept credit cards......use at your own risk!
