I just had an inspection from this company. I was worried because another inspector didn't find important things that needed to be fixed in the house. I was totally satisfied by the end of the inspection. The report was easy to understand and had a list of things that needed to be done. They are professional, accurate and have good customer relation skills.

I called on Monday and they came out on Wednesday. Figured out my flickering kitchen light and installed a ceiling fan. Cleaned and re-caulked my shower and did some drywall patches. Showed up on time (they even called on the way) and cost was exactly what they said (bonus - no trip charge). I will definitely use them again.
