Less than mediocre! I can not exaggerate how disappointing this experience was! Jill lacks in every way shape and form! I went in for a trim, after painstakenly growing my hair out for the past 2 1/2 years she completely ignored and went ahead to chop off well, leaving me with the awkward, lackluster, haircut that I so wanted to avoid... and was the reason for me growing my hair out in the first place.

If I had known she would have chopped my hair so short, I would have 1) not gone there and saved myself the pain or 2) asked for an angled cut so it's not so darn boring and ... just there. I am strongly considering going to another salon this weekend

If I'm going to shell out $100 for a haircut (which, by the way, on the website they state that the haircuts are $60 and up, and I chose to get my hair done by the only available stylist, Jill... bad mistake... they don't differentiate between the $60 cuts and the $100 cuts) then I'm going to want to walk out feeling like I got my money's worth. Not the case at all.
