'5 years and counting!'
It's been about 5 years since I signed with T&J to manage my rental property. Since then they have done such a great job with maintenance and improvements, collecting rent, screening tenants, and everything else. I've been very pleased with their efforts and great service and I would be happy to have them working for me for as long as I have the property.

They were excellent! Showed up exactly when they said they would, diagnosed and repaired the problem within minutes, and gave me very fair pricing. Staff was polite and courteous, but even better their work was outstanding!
