What drives me nuts is that it states the value at $389 and $789 for 1 or 2 story homes, respectively. That's crazy talk. Can someone please how they got that value? I mean, really? And without stairs!

I had hinted at the guy before leaving that since you have spoken so much about your exceptional service, as good faith, why don't you clean the stain. This guy throws a dialogue, "quality doesn't come cheap". These guys are so cheap that they advertise a service for cheap, turn around and say they'll partly do the work and ask you pay more for what you should ve got in the first place.

On the day of the appointment, these guys were late by 4 hours. No one called me from their office to tell me that they were late. Every time I called, they were an hour late and I should expect an call in the next hour. Which I never did. They kept telling me that a customer lied about the size of the place to be cleaned.

These guys come to the door, come on in the house, look around, go upstairs of our 2-story home, and within 2 minutes stated that they cannot clean the home at all unless we purchase a $200+ shampoo deep cleaning. When my dad asked them to please just clean to the $59 value that was purchased, they simply walked down the stairs and acted completely rude and said NOPE WE ARENT DOING ANYTHING.
