When i call their salon and have a appointment for 3:00pm and the receptionist get my name. When i arrive at their salon they told me that there is no appointment on my name and explain my self that i talk to one of their receptionist. It was not good for a receptionist not to write down names of the customer.

My friend told me that this salon is great, so i go and try the service. It was a great experience, i have the cut of hair that i want and the attendants and crews are really nice.

When i'm in phoenix for a meeting i saw this salon and check if i can get my hair done. The hairdresser is good and she will politely ask if you like the cut. Nice service.
