I went to this office for a lot of yrs. Received good care. BUT over the past few yrs things have been on the decline & would not refer anyone there. They schedule appointments with you & cancel them last minute for bogus reason & reschedule them FOR you without you knowing for a time that you would never be able to make. They also let you know ahead of time that if they don't think they will be there for your 5:30 pm appointment that you have scheduled...because the one scheduled prior to that is 4:45...they will cancel on you....it is inconvenient for them to have to wait for you.(really they have no other office work to do?!?!?!?!?)...well if that is the case...don't make the appointment!!!! The office staff tells you that they are going to do something for you (referral,pre-cert) & they never do. I started my own thanks to my knowledge in the healthcare field. I've left messages & calls were not returned. The bad reviews you read......true. You can hear through the walls, there is no privacy within the office. Requested my records & still have not received them 2 weeks later. .
I now found a wonderful dr that is in practice by himself & has only 1 person working for him & it is amazing how wonderful the office is run!
