I am always reminded about my appointments and rearranging (if needed) is usually available. Also, in spite of having numerous clients, Dr. K is personable and that's a good character trait.

On a morning when I really needed to get to the office early, I found my car's battery was dead. My auto club came quickly and jump started the car. Meanwhile, I had called a local shop to see if they could replace the battery for me. They couldn't but they recommended Dennis Road Automotive. I went there and was very pleasantly surprised! First, another woman was there after having the exact same problem I had. She said her daughter has been going there for 30 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. My own experience was great. The people couldn't have been friendlier. They got me in and out quite quickly. And they never tried to upsell me on things I don't need -- an all too common practice in auto repair shops, especially when dealing with a woman. I couldn't be more impressed, and will certainly go back there and tell my friends about it.
