I went to Maita just with questions about a new Prius because I had bought my 05 Prius (which I loved and will never own anything but a Prius) from them and have had all my service done there. Dave Lundgaard answered my all my questions and then told me the 2011 that I had seen online was available at a very good price and would give me close to full blue book for my 05. So I bought it that day and was very happy with everyone during the process. Dave has called since then to make sure all is well. One of the best features of the new Pruis is the voice activated phone....I wasn't even looking for that and now can't imagine living without...Thanks Dave and everyone.
This is a AAA UNLIMITED TRUST repair show. That means, you take it there, you get the estimate, NO CONSULT IS NEEDED WITH AAA insurance, and they can do the body work and charge your AAA insurance whatever they say it costs !! We had taken 2 bumper repairs to them, both under AAA insurance. With the second front bumper issue, which was destroyed by a pylon hit late at night, they fixed it just fine with factory-spec parts and repainted it with a perfect color match. There was a hole in the back bumper and I asked if they would just use some of the leftover paint, mixed for the front bumper, and cover the back-bumper hole - NO Touchup, NO Problem, No Charge!! This is the first positive experience with fixing my car. We had a small accident and brought our car to them as they worked with our insurance. We created an appointment and were assigned to Guilermo and Sebastion. They consistently communicated with us, advocated our needs to the insurance company, coordinated with the dealership for some work and ensured all the work was completed in an efficient manner. When we picked up they detailed the car and greated us personally. We really like how they treated each car as a customer and collaborated with us to ensure we were satisfied. We would go back for any work.
