Wow, I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars. Dr. Lim was very kind and professional. In fact, the whole staff was very friendly. I went to the Vermont location. I was very happy with their service-I got an evaluation and treatment all on the same day-other places will usually make you come back again with no treatment. And they're really technologically advanced. Everything is computerized and digital. I saw my x-rays and actual pictures of my teeth right before my eyes. Best of all, Dr. Lim explained what he thought I really needed to treat and what was optional and could wait. Leslie, the office manager, told me exactly how much I would have to pay, which took out all of the guesswork. I'm so happy to have found a new dentist! Oh, and getting fillings were completely PAINLESS, with anesthesia of course, but this is the first time I didn't feel any sensitivity or soreness. This is a progressive dental office that offers excellent customer service and tells you exactly how much you're going to pay. I highly recommend it, and will let all of my co-workers know.
Great place, great value, giant waiting area and very friendly staff. I have been to all the hand washes in town and I like this place the best.

Just wanted to let you know that I was really pleased with your work a drunk driver wrecked my infinity it was towed to your shop and when you guys were done it looked like new. After driving it around for like three months it is running great without a problem like nothing ever happened to it. You guys are great.
I can say soo many good things about him I just don't know where to start. I adopted Katie from GDRNT and he is the vet they use for the Great Danes that come into the rescue. I chose to keep Katie going to him, because she already knew him and he and the staff had become somewhat attached to her. They know her name when she comes in, they are very good about following up with you after your appointment, you don't have to wait forever for test results to come in. They suprised me at how fast my results came in, and were very informed. What really impresses me is that their are NO suprise charges. For every procedure/visit you get a print out of the estimated cost of everything you can do. When you pay, the print out is so detailed that you know exactly what you are paying for. I can't say that for the vet i used before him. He is open and honest with you, and is genuine with his advise. I got a post card in the mail that was so cute, it is still on my refrigerator because it wasn't adressed to me, it was addressed to KATIE my DOG! It said "Katie, please let your mom know that your shots will be due on 7.7.07 and you would like to make an apt to come in for your check up." I giggled when I saw it was addressed to her! Little details like that will keep me a customer for life! Thanks Dr. B!!!
My problem was accurately diagnosed. The doctor spent enough time with me. There was appropriate follow up after my visit. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.
I have had nothing but great experience at Ed's. I purchased a new Honda mower from them a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research before hand and knew exactly what model I wanted. They took some time with me to go over the mower controls and features before I headed out with my new mower. To my surprise, there were a few features that I didn't know about that they showed me. I also chatted with one of their technicians about string trimmers while I was there. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products that they carry. He took the time to show and explain all of the models I asked about. I will be returning to Ed's for my future lawn equipment needs. As a customer, walking in with a good attitude and treating the employees with respect goes a long way in my opinion. I received the same respect and good attitude from the employees at Ed's.
To All Those people out there that say how bad Dees is and how awful they are need to get a reality check and open up their eyes. HELLO first off i have been bringing all my pets there to her facility for a long time and the staff have always been wonderful and a big help. with haircuts really yall they even tell you when you drop off that if your pet is not to your liking to tell them and they will take your pet back and have the groomer fix it . they gladly fix whatever needs to be done and thats why i find all the bad reviews yall are writing hilarious. in fact it is ridiculous that you would think that it would be like your house and be immaculate and im sorry to say your in a fantasy world because dogs poop and pee and it is a play area for heavens sake they keep it pretty clean and. the staff including dee and mary greet me and my baby every time i walk in the door. I wouldn't trade this place for anything. Thank yall for taking such good care of us and i will forever use yall. as for the those people that haven't used us and are deterred due to the negative comments you should evaluate first before you let someone be the judge for you. Dees is a wonderful place.
"Peppermint Dental got me in the SAME day I called for a cleaning and Xrays. When they told me I had to fix some old fillings I asked them how long it would take to get in with them for that (normally it takes a week or two to fit into a busy dental office's schedule for something more than a cleaning)- Surprise! They did it all the same day!
They're totally on the ball there.
All the girls who work there are pretty and sweet and courteous. The doctors are also kind, patient and friendly.
I'm a huge stickler for customer service. At Peppermint Dental, they didn't disappoint.
