The building process was actually easy. Hard Corr Constructions expert team helped us with the many details of the design process. Every member of the Hard Corr Construction team, from the architect to the designer, subcontractors, project managers, and others were all detail-oriented experts who designed and built us a high quality, lovely home. Furthermore, change orders during the build can be very costly with other builders. When we wanted a change, no matter how big or small, there were no additional fees, just the difference in cost from what we originally planned. If it cost less, Hard Corr Construction subtracted the difference from the original bidif it cost more than the original bid we paid only for the additional amountNo blueprint change fees or other unseen fees. And now after two years living in our home we can say that Hard Corr Construction has also provided great follow up on small incidentals that required adjustment. Building with Hard Corr Construction was really an easy and pleasurable experience. We just love our Hard Corr Construction home! If we build again, we would choose Hard Corr Construction again without hesitation.
