I scheduled and appt and they sent over Bill to give me a FREE estimate. Bill came and inspected the entire garage door system. He gave me an estimate of $400 to replaced the spring ,10 rollers, and door tune up. The door tune up consisted of lubing the chain, rails and all the hinges.

The first guy came out and blew me out of the water with an estimate of $600. I told the tech that I had the entire garage door replaced for $700. I told him no way. The second tech was very rude and unprofessional. He acted as if I was lucky he was even there to look at my garage door. I just told him to leave. A friend of mine said that he had his spring replaced by Door Express for a reasonable price.
