I recently went in to Sunrise Ford very upset with my 2014 Ford Focus (also purchased from Sunrise). I was fully prepared to run up against excuses and false promises when trying to trade in my car after 11 months. Much to my surprise Jamie, John, and Jacob (yes, they had a whole team assist me) completely changed my perception of the car buying experience and Ford as a whole. Jamie (who is one of the higher ups) was incredibly understanding of my situation and guaranteed without question that he would not dragout my experience but rather give me his best offer up front and I would leave satisfied wi a reliable vehicle. He then set me up with John who is usually a "numbers guy" however was the best customer service experience I've ever had. He was empathic regarding my distaste for my current vehicle and my troubles within the first 11 months and offered great advice when choosing a new vehicle always keeping in mind my budget and never once trying to up sell me. I walked in to Johns office, test drove 3 different vehicles, and reached an agreement in 2 hours (which for me is incredibly quick!!). I then met Jacob the "car expert" who was incredibly knowledgable and passionate regarding my 2015 Escape as well as patient regarding my questions and set up of my devices and passcodes. Overall, this team as a whole completely changed my view of the car buying experience and honestly Ford as a whole. I would and will recommend this team in particular to anyone I know!
