Compassionate, Loving, Thoughtful, Generous, Amazing, and a godsend. My mother and I suddenly lost our cat and were unexpectedly forced to put her down. Our beloved Penelope was so much more than a pet - needless to say this was very hard for us. Everyone at PALS turned an incredibly sad time into a memorable and respectable moment. They treated my mother with the utmost respect and compassion. Their genuine love and care means more to her and to me than they will ever know. I will only use PALs in the future - and I truly hope everyone there is appreciated and that they know what wonderful people and jobs they do.
