i felt that stephanie, whenever I would call always made me make an apt. when the dr just said to call with questions. So maybe better staff communication also when I asked about my binder stephanie told me to wear for 2 weeks, but then the dr told me i did not need to after I already had. Not sure if this is what caused my concern of my breasts dropping. but I really feel she was not informed!! the rest of the staff is and always has been great, warm, and friendly.
