Island Volkswagen

The service at Island Volkswagen was exceptional. I was very impressed that when I called to schedule my appointment someone answered the phone immediately...(I did not get an answering machine at all).
Once I was at the dealership for service, everyone was very courteous.

The team who took care of my car that day were Luis and Joe (service manager)... Both were very helpful and made sure I did not wait a long time for the service to be done on my car. I was especially impressed at how customer-oriented Joe, Service Manager, was. He ensured all of the clients in the waiting room were comfortable as they waited for their cars. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure my experience at Island VW was exceptional. I know that I can go to any VW to get my car serviced, however, I will make sure I come back to the Staten Island service area for future repairs because of the great customer service offered.
