Would not recommend ordering custom matting. I placed an order for 2 custom mats to be cut to frame my diplomas (~$60). After a week, I called and they said the order had problems and they reordered the mats. After another 2 weeks, they said to come in and they would create them in the store. After returning home, I realized not only was the mat the wrong size, but also they had only given me 1. I called and they stated they would personnally deliver the mats. Another week went by and no mats. After a fifth call, they said they would mail them. Well, it has now been 6 weeks and no mats after I have called 5 times. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I've bought both pre-made and custom frames. There have been a couple blunders but they've managed to fix it perfectly. Most of the time it was miscommunication. I would highly recommend them and I love their annual framing sale. It's a great deal.

Aaron Brothers offers beautiful and inexpensive products. Their selection is great and very modern. I can always find what I need here. The store is a bit small and crowded. But, the staff is very helpful and professional.

I have an assignment due next week and needed to find the Prismacolor Cool gray 20 and 30% and no one else carried them online and it would of taken a week on top of the expensive shipping cost to get them to me. I called Aaron Brothers Encinitas store and the associate who took my call was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to locate these items and some others in her store. You guys saved me!!

This store has an amazing variety of frames and mats. They do beautiful work, and you can get such creative ideas from looking around the store. They also have gift frames, that are perfect for special occasions. It's a good place for all your framing needs, and their prices are reasonable.
