I went into Aarons to ask a favor of the management, with regard to posting of materials for the Census. The General Manager, Julio Velazquez was glad to be of help and immediately put up the flyer that I brought in. I saw the way that he worked with his customers and can say that he was equally friendly and nice to them.

I went to this store to lease a big screen television on a Saturday. I was told the television would be delivered at 5pm on Monday evening and that the duct tape on the screen would be removed and cleaned off prior to delivery. At 7:45pm I still had no television. When I called, they told me the delivery truck was running behind but the television was on the truck and would arrive shortly. At 9:15pm I still had no television. Finally at 9:30 the delivery men called me and they were downstairs. When the television arrived there the duct tape goo was still on the screen and they had no remote. This place is not bad on pricing but their way of doing business is in need of some major improvement.

This is a great place to get furniture that you can't buy out right. They have a nice selection. The people are nice and very helpful. Delivery is quick.

Do not ever lease or buy anything from this company. Look on ripoffreport.com. They have a bad track record. I myself have had a horrible experience with them. They debit your account when ever they want, without authorization. The sales people are nice when you need something and very rood and unprofessional when an issue comes up.
