I recently gave blood here a few weeks ago and will probably go back. There isn't much parking, but the people are very nice and it's great to be in an environment where everyone is there to serve others. Naturally, their procedures are all very safe, very confidential, and very sanitary. You might have a bit of a wait before they call your number, so I'd recommend bringing a book or something to pass the time.

This is a great place to go inside and to not only see posters and artifacts but materials that include clips from those who are currently within the administration. I loved seeing the clothes that the Red Cross volunteers wore and was surprised to see that Abercrombie & Fitch had created a beautiful grey wool gaberdine outfit that was from 1882 - what a difference for what they have now! Besides the clothes, you can learn about their efforts and how you can currently participate as well.
