They carry a huge variety of classical clothing for the young working women or middle-aged women, with casual and professional clothing. Very clean store with great customer service.

I never like Ann Taylor before but they have completely turned around and changed their style. You can still look good when you go to work without looking too old or overly conservative. They have nice suits and skirts. I would suggest waiting for their sales though. They offer 40% off sales throughout the year.

Ann Taylor's clothing line is very elegant and stylish. I think they cater more to business women, rather than casual clothes for everyday. The nice thing is that you don't notice a lot of other people wearing the clothes so you feel like you have something unique. The original prices are often high but there are great sales throughout the year. PROS: unique styles CONS: price

I really love to shop at Ann Taylor, especially this location. It is conveniently located, with ample parking right in front of the store. But they sales staff can be very unfriendly, which is not typical of Ann Taylor serivice. I don't know why this occurs at this location, as most others are helpful and polite.

An "immaculately clean store. I always stop by here when I'm at the mall. They always have a nice collection of purses and suits. I would say you're missing out if you don't go there!:O)

What a bad store! They need to work on their customer service. I like Ann Taylor since their clothes are reasonably priced for the quality and level of service they provide, and they have a wide variety of petite merchandise. I only hate how sometimes, the clerks can be a bit rude and treat the customer as if she "doesn't belong there". The prices are decent, when you take a look at how well made the merchandise is. Ann Taylor specializes in women's working and casual clothes. I think it is their unique "conservative" style that makes them special. Love their clothes, love the store. Nice job, Ann Taylor! Edited to add: The clerks here keep getting worse. They treated me horribly and did not serve me at all. They were rude and looked down at me. Literally, they were snubbing their noses at me. Stay away. Other shops are so much better.

I haven't shopped at Ann Taylor much but from my last visit, I have to say I like their dressy clother more than their casual clothes. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is average. The store is pretty big too. I think it is geared toward older adults or the business professional. I liked the store because they sale was good. The one thing that is most special about them is they dont carry everyday fashions that you would find at Target or Marshalls. They are located in the mall and there is free parking.

Ann Taylor is the perfect place to shop for my work clothes. The clothing is always trendy yet simple. It is a little on the pricy side, but the quality of the clothes is comparable. I also love their accessories. they last a long time and are not flomsy or cheap. I would recommend this store to the working woman who wants to be in style yet have a style of her own.

I have been a huge Ann Taylor fan for years, but in the past year, I have been really disappointed. It seems the cut of the pants and skirts has been changed to add more room in the hips, in both the petite and regular sizes. They no longer fit me at all - and even the salespeople at the store agree they fit me terribly. But worse, I've noticed the quality has really decreased. It seems like the popularity has made some in the company think its ok to reduce quality? I have a silk twinset I bought from AT over 10 years ago. Despite having machine washed it (it says dry-clean) repeatedly, it has not faded or worn out. I was trying on dressses this winter and found that the dress I liked was already coming apart at the seams simply from being hung up! I also bought a pair of light pink suede-ish pants on sale for $50, and within 4 wearings, the hems fell out! I've noticed that the seaming is coming lose in other areas as well, and the pants are not tight. I still like the style of Ann Taylor, but between the changes in the fit and the quality, I try to stop myself from even going in anymore. The store is always appealing to the eye and has clothes of a nice design, but the fit and quality have changed. The staff here is always professional and helpful without being pushy, and they wrap your clothes nicely in a pretty bag.

This Ann Taylor seems to carry a bit different stock than some of their other stores. It seems more geared for the office. They have a great selection of clothing. The sales people are very helpful without being overbearing.
