This branch is good. Unfortunately I live near north point and it is easier to bank there. The branch at north point set up my account without overdraft protection and denied me a new account when I asked. After 20 years of banking at B of A I no longer want to bank there. I won't ever use that branch again. I went down the street and both banks gave better service and the account Bof A declined. I am going to use another bank for my checking account and services. Bank of America has an automated system and you can't even call in to complain about bad service.

This is a really nice, big branch located in Schaumburg. The people working here are friendly, efficient, and professional. I like going here because they always gets things done quickly and very professionaly. What I really like about this bank is that they have a drive up ATM right outside thats accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week!

First class operation. I have dealt with many banks over my career and this is genuinely one of the best groups of folks I have ever worked with. They are always hospitable, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this bank for both your personal banking as well as handling your business finances.

I was in the neighbor for a Student loan, so I drop by Bank of America on Edinger. The loan constantan was very nice. He explains to me thoroughly about the term and answered all my questions. They were very nice. He even jokes from time to make the process faster and easier. This is the best branches to me. Parking is great to because there are plenty to pick from.

If you are considering opening an account with BOA, just do it. Don't give it a second thought. This branch would be a great place to go to open that account. It's conveniently located, the customer service people are friendly and attentive, and the tellers are also friendly and professsional. This bank offers some of the best customer service I've ever seen at any bank. If there is ever a problem or question, they don't waste any time in helping you, and they follow up on everything to make sure you are satisfied. We are very satisfied customers!
PROS: Professional, great customer service, convenient location

After "the Scene" closed down their doors, I though that no other venue would ever be as good as it. Soma opened but I wasn't nearly as good. Then Ground Zero opened and it was the best thing to have to scenester music.

On-line checking accounts and Portfolio service: I recently joinedthe on-line banking experience with Bank of America. This is a newattitude for me-I feel like I am in control, and have more responsibilities with my checking accounts-and soon to be addeda Money Market Savings account-(Select). I can so far say, that I feel privileged as well with this service. I would recommend FREEon-line checking to others through your bank-Thanks! Donald Mohr

I will drive out of my way to go to this bank because of the freindly and professional service this local bank provides its customers.
Free cookies in the front lobby and all the clerks know your name.
The parking lot could use more parking spaces and longer hours would be nice, but otherwise this is a great bank.

I've been a pleased Band of America customer for about 4 years. The Baltimore branch on Light Street, near where I work, is the branch I visit most often. The lines are always short, the people friendly, and the building old and attractive. I've been nothing but pleased with BofA and the Baltimore branch.
