I like this place bought a car sterio system from this place and did not have a problem with it .i think they beat alot of stores prices and is a very happy friendly store that oyu knwo you will find alot here. Come in and see for yourself it is a big store with lots of electronics.I coem in alot more that usual now I love it.

The true test of any company is how well they handle problems. Returning items at this location is rarely a pleasant experience. Long wait times and point-of-sale computers that fail to operate as designed add up to a frustrating experience for customers and employees. In fairness, it isn't always a bad experience, but it happens enough for this reviewer to take the time to draft this post. In the end, they always resolve the situation to my satisfaction, but not without some pain along the way.

Best Buy has a wonderful selection of electronics, appliance, computer equipment as well as software, audio and video. The selection is so great that you can find what you need all in this store. We have purchase computers, car stereos, small appliance and much more. The staff is knowledgable and courteous and the sales are great! After shopping a lot of other stores, I determined that this is where I would get the best deal on my new computer.

I really like the way the associates are trained. you can tell that the company really cares about its customers. I have never entered the store with out someone with in a minute saying hello and how can i help you.

In the past year I had to go to Best Buy at least three times for something or another. The last time I went I stopped in a different Best Buy and was impressed by several things. I’m not sure which one seems better than the other, I do have to say that I was impressed with this one too.
I just happen to be in this area and needed to pick up a few things for Father’s Day such as DVDs, accessories for iPods, iphones, you name it. Not only did several people ask me if I needed help, they were helpful and pointed me in the right direction over and over again. I love when you go to a place and they really have great customer service. I just had to review this one. It’s organized, clean, and the prices again were very reasonable.
So it may come as a surprise for some, but I do think Best Buy’s are a great chain for electronics. They have great prices and clearly train their employees well (or at least that has been my experience the past few times). I think this is where I’ll go first next time as well.

Its location in the santana row is perfect. As far as the merchandise is concerned, its does seem to be laid out ok. We went to buy a portable dvd player and did not know which one to pick although we had a few brands in mind. The employee we asked questions was quite knowledgeble and even explained to us the technical details of some of the players.
