I had my right front tire popped at a car wash...YIKES!!! and it was towed to Big O Tires for a repair, as they were the only place open till 8pm. I just moved to Vegas, so I had no clue what to expect. Well, the assistant manager by the name of Jerry Miller took care of my tire, and boy did he do a great job!!! He was kind, quick, and most importantly Jerry made sure to look at all the tires and see that they were in good shape to drive. All of this was done for the price of ZERO dollars. The reason I was taken care of was because the car wash apparently owns the property that the Big O Tires is located on, but Jerry went out of his way to calm my nerves and get the tire fixed. I felt guilty I did not have any money to tip him, but he did not care- as his main goal was to make me happy. I told him I have now found my mechanic for the future. I highly recommend going to Jerry if you go here, as I totally trust him and his work, although the other guys I spoke with there were very down to earth. Jerry....thanks so much, you saved my day!!!

Our family has been servicing our vehicles here for eight years. This is not just a tire store. Since we commute often between Tucson and San Diego, we tend to have more than the average number of miles on the cars. We trust them implicitly to keep them running and safe not only for us, but for our teenage daughter as well. They are honest and reasonable and have kept a Ford Expedition, two Ford trucks, a Corvette and a Mustang running for years. Recently, my husband was considering purchasing a used car and these guys inspected it for potential problems at no charge. We love them.

This is a wonderful place with great deals. If you find the coupon in the valupack you can save alot and then if you recommend them to others you also have more savings. They are fast and kind and understanding.
