I purchased my first home at the beginning of 2006. My realtor, LeJeanne Lemmon, works out of this office. She provided fast, efficient, customized service. She lives in the community and was able to find the perfect home for the price I wanted to pay. Unlike many realtors, she didn't send me listings only at the top of my price range. She gave me listings over a tens of thousands of dollars. The last home she sent me (the one I bought) was $26K below my max.

We recently purchased a home in South Pasadena using the services of Cynthia Luczysky and her team. We were seriously impressed the longer we did business with Cynthia. It's a tough buyers market right now with a whole lot of people looking for not a lot of houses. She spent the time with us we needed to understand the area we were moving to, which we didn't know a whole lot about. She guided us through the offer process several times, and finally after an accepted offer she didn't stop there but was EXTREMELY helpful in referring us to all the various folks you need to work with to close a real estate transaction (inspector, architect, contractors, etc.).

I like the realtors at Coldwell Banker. We used them for the purchase of our home. I didn't feel like just another customer - we corresponded with our realtor 7 days a week at all hours of the day and night. They were very helpful with the process.
