Strangely enough, my debit card number was also used without my knowledge - and I had the card in my posession. This happened in September and again in November. I filed disputes both times and I found BBVA-Compass to be very helpful.
My issue: I think there is something seriously wrong with their security if my debit card information was stolen twice in 2 months.

This is the bank to go for Loans. I took my friend to this bank she needed a loan to have her grandson teeth fixed. Loans our determine by your credit score. Give Compass a try and they will work with you.
I have been banking here for only a few months and their service is the best

To be honest I was quite happy with my initial visit and have been every time since then. The ladies in the bank are always friendly, and speak every time I walk in. The tellers are very quick to get help if they have any questions about my deposit and the manager is always there to help when I have questions. Seems to be a great group over there.

I have had an account with the Lake Jackson branch for along time I really love these people in Texas.Most of the people in this bank took the time to know me personaly.
