We have rented from this Enterprise location several times, and I am always impressed by their professionalism and level of service. They have a great location on Green Bay Rd., always have the car ready to go, and you can get in and out quickly. They are also accommodating when we have had to adjust the return day or time based on circumstances, and they charge you same rate for any additional days. You can also return the car to the airport location for a $50 fee – well worth it when you consider the cost and hassle of using a limo or taxi service. They'll also usually offer to upgrade you to a Jag - they have a deal with the dealership down the street ;)

I want to take the time to say " Thank You, John and Richard" You are gems and I am proud of the fact that you are from Deer Park. I would love to say that my repairs at Monument went as well as my car rental with Enterprise in Deer Park, but John I pretty much got the same ...... Not so Great Service that you stated you received. I enjoyed the rental and I am truly appreciate of all your hard work you did to get me a rental by five. (Considering the delima that was set for me that day) Richard thank you for delivering it to me, you were much the professional.

I always use these guys for all of my rental car needs and am always satisfied. They even go as far as to pick you up from wherever you are. Now that's what I call service with a nice smile too.

The folks at this Enterprise offer great customer service. I called when my car was in need of repair within an hour I had a rental car from Enterprise they picked me up which was also great...In my rental within a half hour!

Last December I had my back window broken & my insurance provided me with a rental for about a month. I chose Enterprise because it was close to me. But now I would choose them even if they were located in another city. They came to pick me up, and provided me a Dodge Charger!! I was amazed, I was expecting a Ford Taurus or something similar so I was pleasantly surprised. And when my car was ready they dropped me off to pick it up. Their customer service is great & I highly recommend coming here.

These guys gave my girlfriend an amazing deal ($30 a day) because she was in a car wreck and needed a rental to get to work, and insurance wouldn't cover it. They were fast and we had it within a half hour. I cannot believe that they are so good to their customers - friendly, personable, and GREAT!

I have never rented from this place without the people here being as nice as possible. They do everything for you. Explain everything. All you do is sign on the dotted line. the prices continue to be the best on the market.
