Reservations were made 3 weeks in advace, then confirmation called 4 days in advance to confirm 2 beds in room, on arrival we were charged extra to correct their mistake. Sinks were plugged, air conditioning worked part time, no maid service, garbage in hallways, mold in shower stall, human hair stuck to shower wall. Towel rack hanging from wall, sink missing parts to open drain. No staff in evening, wake up call not possible. Left 1 day early due to business, hotel does NOT give refunds.

I stayed for 5 days. the accomadations were clean and comfortable, and the price was right. I liked having a refrigerator, microwave and stove. They also supplied dishes and cookware. The staff was courteous.

we stayed here for a week coming to US for the first time and did appreciate their service, the way we have been take care of is appreciable, from maintainance, to cleanliness, good customer relationsip.

$70 for what?? a stinky room that had a chair with a large spot on it (who knows what it was), a false fire alarm that goes off at 1152pm, and hallways that reak of weed.... no thanks. Don't be fooled by fancy paint and flowers on the outside.. the super 8 in elcerrito was much cleaner.!
