The Spa at Chateau Elan is so relaxing and peaceful. They have a variety of massage and beauty packages that you can choose from, as well as offering personal trainers. The atmosphere of the spa is very luxurious, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The price for a day at the spa is very high, but it does include a delicious lunch. It is worth every penny you spend!

I don't think this is the Radission anymore I think it is now a Holiday inn and hopefully they will change it all because this place is a complete hole. It was so dirty and dilapitated it was just ridiculous. Before reserving any rooms there I would check every other place available first.

you would expect to enter a hotel with a bad smell in the air and bad service. This was different. The service and climate around us was awesome and fun.

This Holiday Inn is very clean and is kept up with very well. It is nicely decorated and is relatively cheap. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to accomodate your individual needs and the needs of your family members.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Piers in San Francisco. Very clean hotel. The staff is more then willing to help with food choices, sites to see, directions, etc. The only down side is that there are two parts to hotel. The 2nd building the parking is not as convenient. There is a Denny's in the hotel open 24hrs a day.

This hotel is far below the other hotels in the airport area. For the same cost, you could stay in a much nicer and well kept hotel. The pool is DIRTY, the food is GROSS, and the rooms are just so-so. They have a shuttle service to Dulles Airport whcich was very helpful to my family. Of course, we were just glad to leave!!
