This is a fun way to excercise. It is also relaxing listening to jazz. The instructor was so motivated and makes you want to be happy. I will recommend this to everyone.

Make time for yourselves, ladies. I'm new to the area, and found this wonderful faciltiy that has hours and hours of classes and some with babysitting. Men, you're welcome to come, too. Packages are daily, 2 month passes, or you can sign up for the Electronic Funds Transfer, the best value, that's automatically debited from your account each month. Go to www.jazzercise.com to find a schedule that works for you.
PROS: Workout is good, safe and effective.
CONS: Classes are offered on a schedule

What a great workout! Different formats for those that get bored with the every day routine. Instructors are fun and informative. The music and the moves are fun and anything but mundane. It's the kind of workout that doesn't seem like a workout - it's that fun!

Kick off your summer right by dancing away those winter pounds. Jazzercise is the FUN way to stay in shape. I've attended classes for 10 years. They're a great way to stay in shape without the intimidation of a traditional gym. Shauna offers morning and afternoon classes perfect for moms and teachers.

Even if it means driving 25 miles one way, I enjoy going to Teri's high energy class. I lost a total of 32 pounds and only one pound away from my weight goal. Her classes are set conveniently around various work schedules. Everyone is friendly and always having fun.
