We bought all our leather couchs from this store. They also have a clearance center on the second floor, the stock rotates so there is always new items. The staff is helpful also.

This is a great place to shop for quality furniture. This franchise does offer great quality furniture that will last and last. I just wish they had a better selection. I'd pretty picky about my style and while they filled my need, I wish I could have more to choose from.

I went in here with my boyfriend who was looking for a sofa. We got great customer service! The staff treated us really well and answered all of our questions. We got to test out all of the couches and were even taken into the back to see some lower priced couches. They don't do the hard sell here because they want you to feel comfortable. Although we didn't end up buying anything, they had good prices and great selection.

Trendy and mode furniture, but sales staff isn't friendly or enthusiastic. Better deals can be found at other local furniture stores. This store is best suited for the rich yuppie.

The furniture is in a poor quality. I had my furniture one week when the seams came of it, what it does until now. 100 polyester. My Loveseat came with a staine. The couchbed was broken and had to be fixed by the delivery guys. The delivery guys damaged the walls in the hallway, when the carried up the couch. Delivery came one week later than expected. Ottoman is not included, but they say everything comes in a set!? Never even try to talk and complain to them, I'll guarantee you will lose. We have a stain removel insurance, but not think that someone comes.

The salesman was very inviting and knew his products. the initial price of the furniture is great, and the protection plan is a great deal. any accidental damage is covered for 5 years!! The delivery charge was a bit pricey, but the total amount fully protected, tax, and delivery was alot less then some of the othe rplaces i had gone to. i love my new furniture and will tell all my friends and family the value i recieved at jennifer convertibles.

the prices here are very good, but the furniture is made cheap, you get what u pay for
delivery charge is steep and if you wanna pick it up, pick is only ONE day a week, Thurs, with limited hrs 11-4. they are trying to make you pay that steep delivery charge by limiting pick-up so much
The manager here is a guy by the name of Jason, he has a temper and an attitude, steer clear of him and hope you deal with someone else who works here
