I have had Kaiser for over 20 years and have been very happy with them. I have had a total of 5 surgeries during that time and I love not having to deal with paperwork. It is all taken care of. It is so easy to see a doctor and I love the online advantage of making an appointment and ordering my medications. I can even get a 90 day supply of my medicine and I also love being able to contact my doctor online and get a response. Also love getting my lab results on line. They are the best and I love my doctor.

They are reletively prompt on appointments. the wait int he waithing room for my is about 10-15 minutes the which isn't bad. THe only trouble at times is getting that appointment. they are not a large facility and don't offer a lot of appointment. So book early if you can.

I am 35 years old and have only had Kaiser all my live and so have my three son's that are 5, 8 and 11. I have had bad experiences with the Kaiser in Bellflower on Imperial they are very rude and unprofessional, but Kaiser in Harbor City, CA is so different I have never had a problem there. My children primary doctor is Dr. Carmon in the Gardena facility and he is the best doctor ever, he explain everything in so much details that I rarely have any questions after, his nursing staff is also awesome. Calling the customer service line is another story they all need to be fired or take a customer service class

The PT dept is very helpful. They have very knowledgable staff and were very willing to answer any questions we asked. They were very informative. I left with a sense of what to do.

Dr. Zilioli's office is the best over at the Kaiser Permanente Office in White Marsh. My daughter has had quite a few urgent issues and the staff has always been nice and courteous every time. I have always been able to get in contact with the nurse (Louise) and they have all be very reassuring and supportive. They have never given me a negative attitude and their staff has always been good to my daughter. I have the highest respect for Dr. Zilioli and his staff. I'd bend over backwards just to stay with them until my daughter turns 18 and she'll barely be turning 1 at the end of this month!! I look forward to the next 17 years!!
PROS: They are open until 7:30 midweek which helps our schedules!
CONS: I have yet to find anything!!
