I'VE BEEN REGRETING TRANSFERING THE "LIFETIME" THINGIE, LIKE FOREVER....WELL, I JUST TALKED WITH A VERY NICE LADY (TERESA)...THAT NOT ONLY EXPLAINED HOW THEY WOULD MAKE IT "VERY EASY", AND YEAHHHHHHHHHHHH, THEY ARE "NOT" LOCATED IN A BUSY,awful mall....

THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE STORE TO ME...I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS STORE BE YOURS ALSO....

Really nice not bad prices for some things. They have more sales here than anywhere else they are great people. Not too pushy. They are a big store. I love their bracelets and charms so pretty really. I love this store.

This store runs the same promotions as JB Robinson's that is kitty korner from them in the mall. When I went in and asked, they have the same parent company. Sometimes the special pieces are slightly different. So between Kay and JBR, it is really a matter of prefference.

This store is very nice. The jewelry is very beautiful and the prices are great. I have bought many items from them through the years and I have never been disappointed with them. I have purchased many unique items as well. The service is wonderful and the staff is very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

Kay Jeweler has everything you need for jewerly needs. They have great deals too. They are not like some other jewerly stores in the mall. They are always having sales and deals for Mothers Day , etc. I really like the nice friendly staff. They are very helpful when your trying to pick out that item for that special someone.

I have purchased many pieces of jewelry at this particular Kay Jewelers and I am completely satisfied with everything. My engagement ring and wedding band were not a set but they look beautiful together. I was lucky enough to find them. Since I bought these 2 rings, I have not seen them in the store since. The prices are good and the service is wonderful. Every employee is there to help you and that is what they do.
PROS: Good prices, great jewelry
CONS: It is in the mall, so it can be crowded...

This place is great. Great atmosphere, great people, great clothing, great products... The only negative you can see is the price. I think the price for their items are all overpriced. But thats what I kind of expect when you have a wonderful store like this. Parking is also an issue. It is hard to get good parking on weekends. You have to park at the other end of the mall or at the end of the parking lot.

I love my leo diamond ring and believe me when i say i am not a fan of rings. My husband bought this at Christmas and I was blown away by the quality and the craftsmanship. I hope my husband continues to buy all my jewellery present here. They are the best.

The staff at kay Jewelers in the Berkshire mall is very friendly and so helpful. We have been buying a lot of jewelry from Kay's and have been very happy with everything. I had one problem with the diamonds in my wedding band being loose but they fixed it for me right away.

I love Kay Jewelers. They have a lovely store and their staff are helpful, not to mention eternally patient. They make the whole experience of jewelry shopping more pleasant than almost anywhere else I've ever shopped for jewelry. The prices seemed a little high to me, but that's probably just because I'm not all that used to shopping for good jewelry. But anyway, I would extremely highly recommend these guys...if there were anything higher than a 5, they'd have it!

I have purchased jewelry at Kay before and never had a problem, but tonight I had a terrible experience. Before even entering the store, I was harrassed by an associate who asked me to apply for a Kay credit card and wouldn't stop even aftyer I told her repeatedly that I wouldn't be applying for one and to stop asking me. She kept saying things like "Won't you do a favor for a little old lady? I just need to meet my quota for the night!" and "Come on, we won't even send the card to you, you won't even know you have it!" I was disgusted and left the store without buying the piece of jewelery that I had intended to get. I was so disgusted that I will no longer be shopping at this store.
PROS: They do have some good deals on jewelery, but it's all man-made anyway.
CONS: Poor customer service, WAY too pushy even for a jewelery store.
