A few years ago my husband was laid off from work. We turned to Kelly Services to help us find employment. All of their staff was friendly and helpful. They took all my husband information and set him up with an interview that same day.
It was great service. When I found myself looking for work I also tried to seek help from Kelly. They told me that there were only factory jobs "for men" available at the time. So I left disappointed and confused. I guess they are mostly helpful to men seeking employment.
PROS: They can quickly find you work.
CONS: I think they are choosy about who they help.

At a time in my life when I really needed help getting employed, Kelly Services worked with me, keeping me working with almost no lapses. Kelly has managed to keep its place among all the new agencies that have sprung up since outsourcing has become so popular.
PROS: With a long history, Kelly knows what it's doing.

I have worked as a contractor for Kelly for three years now. They are very helpful in providing jobs and recommendations. Try to get a job under them. They call you whenever there are openings (usually under big companies too)

You're phoning a business that needs to know 1) Where you are, and 2) where you're going, and they'll tell you the price for that service. This is hard for you...how? A piece of your mind will not help.

I took up doing temp work at Kelly Services after I graduated college, when I couldn't find a job. It's a great way to start the cash flow and look for a job while you are working. They provide access to fax machine and office supplies.
If you want to find a job quickly, it is great. Of course they don't pay you much. They have many other divisions like IT and Scientific, but they aren't any good if you don't have the experience in those areas. They also don't provide much benefits..like none. The good thing is they are everywhere, in case you have to move.
PROS: they are quick..call em friday and you've got a job on monday
CONS: dont pay much...basically they are slaving you off places..
