I love going to lenscrafter with my husband. It is so easy to do. My husband I both need glasses and the staff took the time to help us and show us glasses that we might like. We both walked out seeing clearly and liking the style.

This is my favorite Lenscrafters store. It is not as busy as many of the stores located within malls therefore I always received immediate service. I like just browsing monthly to see the new frames. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You will not stand in this store long before being asked politely if you'd like any help. They do not hound you by any means. Its genuine desire to assist you. The store is exceptionally clean and welcoming.

I went to this lenscrafters to get my broken glasses fixed. Their service was great! They had all my information on their computer and had my glasses fixed by that afternoon. I was so impressed with their speedy and effecient service!

my husband and i looked all over the metroplex for a certain frame that would be great for him and all that he does. we went to this lenscrafters and they had the exact pair that he needed. they got his prescription and he had his glasses in no time and whenever he has an issue they are there to help him.

They have a good selection of frames and nice staff to help you out. Lenses are ready in just over an hour. They are located on the second floor of the mall.

i had eye glasses made in less then an hour,you can actually watch your glasses being made through a window,the test area for eyes is right there,makes it one stop shopping and the try on is taken to make sure they fit well,you get a free glasses case with your purchase,staff is friendly,the place is clean,a huge selection of frames and most all work can be done in an hour!!
PROS: one stop shopping with the eye exam there as well as the glasses in an hour
CONS: always busy,get there at 10 am when they open in the galleria mall

I keep going back to Lenscrafters because of the convenience, speed, and selection. But most especially the speed. There is no reason to have to wait days and days to get your new glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful, the eye examination seemed thorough.

I had a very pleasant experience at Lenscrafters picking out glasses. I had been to a few places before but was able to easily find a pair of glasses here! The staff is very helpful when I was deciding between frames, not too pushy. I would recommend them!

I get my eye exams here and it's always been a great experience. They usually have good deals and accept AAA discounts. They have a pretty big selection of glasses to choose from and the people working are really nice and helpful in making a decision. Orders are done quickly and they are wonderful in making any adjustments necessary.

If you want nice style frames and affordable prices Lenscrafters is the place to purchase. They are big and have a huge variety. They may not have the most expensive brands but Lenscrafters in Valley Fair has a different branch that has upscale brands. The only things I don't like is the doctors at Lenscrafters are not very helpful sometimes. I usually go to my own eye doctor then get a prescription then go to lenscrafters to get my eyeglasses. If you give them your mailing address every so often you get a 50% off frames/lens deal.

I had to purchase new glasses because mine broke and from the minute I came to the store, I received excellent service. The sales person was super helpful and the prices to their glasses was not bad. Sometimes you may good a coupon in the mail.

I visited Dr. Louis Espejo because of some redness in part of my left eye that was not improving on its own. He quickly diagnosed me and just a few days later after following his medications, my eye is back to normal with no pain or discomfort. He genuinely cares about his patients and his staff is very accommodating. I recommend him for any vision care services!
