A friend and I went in to Mattress Pro near Kemah,TX to look at memory foam mattresses after seeing his add on Houston Craigslist. I was greeted by a man bleach blond hair as I walked in he seemed nice. I looked at what he had for sale and told him I had found a mattress at another store in his area I liked better & at a better price,so I went to leave. He went into a 15 to 20 min. Tirade trashing that store getting on the computer trying to find proof he couldn't come up with, till I felt uncomfortable even being in his store. He was very much like a note lot used car salesmen (you know the ones that you hate and can't get away fast enough) What he didn't know was I had a number or friends buy from the other store (the Mattress Outlet in Kemah TX) that had been more than satisfied with there high end memory foam mattress purchases and no one saw any of his accusations to be true

I purchased a mattress from this store on Thursday morning. I was told I would get a call by 9AM Friday morning with the time of delivery Friday. 2 1/2 hours later, I still am waiting for a call. I spoke to the girl at this store who was calling me back, but 1 hr later I have not heard from her either. I have tried to call the store back but after several attempts I only get a fax machine to ring. I will not recommend this store to anyone. I will make sure that nobody even thinks about going to this store. This is not how CUSTOMER SERVICE works!

My sister and parents both recently bought new mattresses. They had a terrible time at first not only because they didn't know what they were looking for, but salespeople just weren't that helpful. They went up and down Miramar road looking at mom and pop stores along with a couple big retailers. At the small places or furniture stores they were encouraged to buy re-built mattresses, or the salespeople were simply salespeople and didn't know anything about the products they were selling. They stopped by Mattress Discounters, but didn't really give them much time because they were trying to save a few bucks and shop around, and after being beat up and lied to by salespeople, they were exhausted. After almost giving up, a family friend of ours referred them into Mattress Discounters in La Mesa (Grossmont). He had purchased his Sleep Number there and was treated with exceptional service. They decided to give them a try, and low and behold, it was great! The products were name brands with low prices, the salespeople were friendly and educated, the service was great and they got their mattresses the very next day! Now, one year later they still love their mattresses because they picked the right ones thanks to the people at Mattress Discounters!

I needed to get a new mattress and boxspring in a very timely manner due to my circumstances and went all over the place, Sleep City, Mancinis, Sears, even Ashleys and nobody offered me better customer service. The guy there was really knowledgeable in beds and helped be not only get the bed when I wanted but got me the bed for LESS then what I was hoping to pay for it! My mom and sister have already bought from them since I did, and they had just as good if not better experiences!Would recommend to EVERYONE!!!! A++

We had a really good idea of what we wanted for a mattress - the bed that they have in Westin Hotels. The sales staff knew exactly what we were talking about and gave us the pros and cons. We had looked at other locations and knew the price range and they gave us a great deal and delivered it in a week. We appreciated the efficiency and how nice everyone was to work with.
