I was looking for a sleep number bed, planned on ordering directly from company. I stopped into Mattress Firm and the service women was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable on the sleep number beds and even made a call and checked with the manufacturer to make sure they beat the price. I bought a bed from Mattress Firm that day.

We really enjoyed shopping for mattresses at this store, as we did not feel pressured at all. Staff is very courteous, knowledgable and helpful. They carry a variety of mattresses of good quality for good prices. We highly recommend this store.

Friendly staff, great prices, and 90 day price/comfort guarantees to back it all up. My salesperson was well-trained and got me on the perfect bed by Stearns & Foster which was delivered the same day. They even gave me a contract with the guarantees spelled out for me. This is a large company, so they also had all the major brands on their floor. Actually they are the only place with the Stearns & Foster that I purchased. Great Store!
