In January 2007, this Carrollton Midas store was faced with fixing a front brake problem of mine that resulted from bad service I received at another store 2 months prior. After getting my front brakes replaced in November of 2006, they were starting to grind. The Carrollton Midas store took on my problem and asked for my trust to make this situation right for me. They fixed my brakes 200% to my satisfaction. Steven, the Manager, and my service technician that fixed the brakes run a very professional and clean store with the upmost customer service. I would, without hesitation, go back to this store and recommend all my single female friends to trust this store.

Very friendly, helpful personnel. Great price, will work with you to do what needs to be done. Has a nice little service center -- car wash and detailing, smogging all in the same area. You can get all this done at one stop and he can arrange it. Good work done fast and with a smile!

I went here just to get a simple so called oil change and i got my fluids and tires rotated. The usual, then the guy comes out and said that one lug and the bolt on the hub was stripped and they didnt have the tools to rethread it at the shop. My truck has 5 lugs and so i could ride home on 4. I left and went on my way. A little while later i saw that i had a flat on the tire where i had 4 lugs. It was so hard to get them off. I figured hey maybe its a lil rusty it happens then i find out that i was stripping my lugs taking them off. now i am without a truck and it is the only vehicle i have. THANKA MIDAS

This is the only auto mechanic I trust in Ballard! Great location on 15Th Avenue, right on the bus line if you have to drop your car off! I have brought my car in there several times and have been very happy with the service and price. There is a whole book of personal letters in the waiting room of people thanking the friendly and dependable staff, pretty impressive! It is a little hard to get in because they are always so packed, but the service is well worth the wait.

I always have and always will true the "Midas Touch". When it comes to brakes, No one knows brakes like midas. I feel Midas is good with two main issues when it comes to your automobile. Your Brakes and your mufflers. However I do have an issue with them pertaining the price they wanted to charge me for installing an brand new exhaust system on my jeep. Was a bit pricey considering I wasn't using top of the line products. But when it comes to installing the brakes and just the muffler, they would have to rank right up there some of the best repair shows I have eve been to.
