I had Minuteman Press on River Street in Hyde Park design and format a tri-fold marketing, business brochure. Not only did they produce an excellent product in less time than I was made to believe possible by other vendors, they went the extra mile in modifying our logo design with our authorization to match the image we want to project, at no additional cost.The cost of producing the brochure turned out to be less than the quote from other vendors. I will highly recommend their service to those that like high quality work at a cost that would not break ones budget. I will advise that you give some leeway in design and formatting, with your review and approval before final printing.

I've used Minuteman Press since I've started my business 1 year ago. I've had multiple print jobs with them: office forms, business cards, etc. On a few occasions, after placing an order, the wrong job was printed. They reprinted the material quickly. Just recently, I received an order of business cards with the wrong font. I brought this to their attention and they blamed the computer for switching the font. That, I believe, can happen, but is anyone double checking their work? They reprinted the cards correctly, but when I asked for a discount, they refused. The owner said it costs them money to reprint. If someone would have double checked their work before sending it to the printer, it would not have happened! I don't know if I will be using their services any longer...

I sent the customer, Steven Fox, a proof which they neglected to look at. Didn't notice the error until days later and then wanted a full refund / reprinting for the cards when he released the proof as being correct, and was unwilling to budge on that fact. We will work with anyone to correct any problem that has arisen, but Steve Fox wasn't willing to be reasonable about this project.
