I swore off Fedex several years ago as a result of several bad experiences at the Pakmail store, but places like this have managed to win me back. All of the employees are tremendously helpful and super friendly. I love how they know their customers' names, and if they don't you personally, they still treat everyone like an old friend.
John & Brain are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet and they make the chore of shipping packages a pleasure.Very friendly and helpful with everything. Can I rate higher than 5 stars? Thank you John.
