I ordered a pizza today over the phone from a manager named Ziad. He delivered it personally in a driving rain storm and refused a tip.
They quoted 30 minutes for delivery but brought the pizza in 20 min.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Pizza came cold. I contacted the manager and he said he would send out another one. I'm still waiting on the pizza. Its been 2 hours.
