The phone service provided by Sprint PCS is great. When I went up there to add a new phone, I was going to get a Samsung, but then they showed me a Sanyo for the same price they thought I might like better and it turns out I did. It had many more features that I would use for the same price. The customer service there is very helpful and insightful. I've only had one dropped call the whole time I've had them when I was in a building with a lot of concrete walls.

Sprint offers great deals on cell service. The cell phone trade up program can not be beat. They are willing to work with you if you go over in minutes. Customer service is excellent.

I haven't had the best of luck with sprint, i think they only care about getting new customer not about offering their existing customers anything but i have had some really good help with the staff from this location. They even live up to their word.

I like this place and it is nice being in the mall but I do not feel like they have all that I need them too. They are frequently out of something or do not carry it. However, that being said, they do have several great items and are always super nice. It is just difficult if you are looking for something specific.

A clean well kept store. There is hardly ever a line and when there is, the line moves pretty fast. The service is great and they always answer any questions that I have.

if this is the one on western and pch...check this place out. the people are real helpful! not too pushy but offer honest opinions about the phone. way better than verizon and tmobil. prices are good too!

the sprint phones and plans are not bad but the customer sevices will make you bleed through through eyes for petty things. I had sprint for almost 4 years . I will not recommend it to any one they have gradually gone down.

I think all cellular companies are the same so i went with sprint because it was the better deal with 5 lines on our account. Customer service at sprint is unheard of. You would think that if a customer has been loyal to your company for almost 10 years that you would do whatever it takes to keep them happy. Not sprint. The only reason why we stay with sprint is our contract. But when it expires, I will be looking elsewhere. Can you hear me now?

We chose Sprint because of the plans available. Got sick of going over our minutes with our last company, so the plan where it automatically bumps you up to the next rate plan instead of sending you hundreds of dollars over is great. We know that no matter what, our phone bill will only be $X.
The sales people are energetic and helpful, quick to help, no standing around waiting. If you hold out on them a bit, they will likely give you a phone for free if you choose one that was under $50 anyway.
PROS: Great plans, clean store, helpful personnel.

Allthough this location has everything you need be prepared to wait in long lines and it will most likely be crowded. This is usually at any time during the day.
