I was told I needed to replace me brake calipers because they were not functioning properly...$380 later and 7 days after the repair i was driving along the road when my car came to a screeching halt. I called the shop and they informed me that I would have to have the car towed to the shop and they would take a look at the problem. They checked the car and came to the conclusion that it was not the calipers or the work that was done on the car that failed but was the bracket the calipers were attached that failed. With that said...they concluded that they were not liable for the failure and that I would need to pay for the full amount for a bracket, labor and towing ($215)...I guess it's not possible they cracked something when they were working on my car...these guys are definetly shady at best. I will never use them again.

On Saturday, July 24th my vehicle broke down (overheated) on Route 50 near Stevensville,MD. After getting it cooled enough to drive, I drove to the store (Exit 39A) . At the store I found the most helpful and considerate employees I have experienced in a long time. Not only did they have the right part, but, they also loaned me some tools so I could replace the defective part. They also looked up the location of the part in their computer, saving me a great deal of hunting for it. It is a great credit to your organization that you have employees with such strong character. Thank you very nuch.
