This gym has a reasonable monthly fee, and to cancel its just a convenient one time fee lower than most other places. There is a huge variety of equipment and since its so spacious, youre never crowded even if the place is packed. The equipment is all brand name and theres several to choose from for each muscle group, in addition to an ample amount of free weights.
PROS: variety of machines
CONS: small lockers, not the greatest music

Gym is the cheapest in the area but here's what you get,snotty Eastern eurotrash at Front Desk,That only are nice to BLACK MEN,SMELLS AT ALL TIMES LIKE THE BRONX ZOO,TRAINERS WHO TRAIN MOST OF THERE CLIENTS AT JUNIPER VALLEY PARK,Most people go to Gym to DRINK COFFEE AND READ MAGAZINES,Owner tells clientele that he walks with cane because of old FOOTBALL INJURY/Steroid Abuse if this is what your looking for W Gym is the place ENJOY

I had been a member for 9 years and had to take about 2 years off for health reasons. Just rejoined again and I'm very impressed with the additional resistance and cardio equipment. The condition of all the equipment is very well maintained. I can't say enough good about the staff - very friendly! I've lived in different areas and have worked out at gyms for over 30 years, and I can tell you honestly that this is the best I've seen.

As a long time member of N Shape, I want to express my love for this gym. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Everybody bends over backwards to keep the place clean and all the equipment in tip top shape. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable in all areas of fitness. I really like the fact that real people workout at N Shape (it's not a fashion show). I would recommend N Shape Fitness to anyone of my friends and/or family. You'll love it, as I do.
