Went to the dealership on Saturday July 11th 2015 afternoon at 4 PM and bought 2014 Toyota Prius after test drive and it had "TOYOTA CERTIFIED" in bold big letters. Paid a ton of money as I was in immediate need for the car as we moved from New Hampshire to Florida on July 1st 2015. After 10 days exactly I got my new plates so opened my trunk to check if the screw driver was in trunk and I see it was wet on carpet lift the back covers and car is filled with water. I take it back to dealership and manager of the dealership starts arguing it took me 2 hours that too during my office hours and then he says service department is closed come back some other day I will not charge for fixes you can only guess how I would feel. I said can I leave my car as I cant come during normal hours as my office is far away and he says yes if you pay for rental car. I felt so let down from TOYOTA being owner of TOYOTA cars for last 15 years I had Corolla and then CAMRY 2011 model which I still have and drive. I have dealt with many dealers but this one was WORST. Can't stop here because on the day of delivery sales person who sold me the car said we have misplaced the car second key is it ok if we send in mail, I said sure that's perfectly fine. After 2 weeks I call him for key he says I will send in post next day and its almost 7 days since he said that I don't know how slow UPS works but I have never seen it take 7 days. Please please dont let your customers down TOYOTA

Baron asked if I could come and talk about it,Baron , as in the Red Baron assured me that he could get me into a new car on my terms,I Isaid that he better be a stright shooter like the Red Baron. HE WAS.... Baron was a man of his word and a person that I would have as a personal friend. Baron and the Sun Toyota team got me into a new Toyota Highlander,on my terms as agreed.

This is my second purchase from Sun Toyota. Thank you Baron for being honest and dedicated to your customer and caring about Joe Lunchbucket and your employer at the same time..Nice Ride!!!

We went into Sun Toyota with a trade that we were quite upside down on and Brad our salesperson and Matt the sales manager went out of their way to make the deal work for us and to help keep it within our budget. We honestly didn't think it could be done - they were amazing! We bought a 2014 Camry and we absolutely love it! We've owned several Camry's before but their newest model truly far exceeds our greatest expectations in every way. Needless to say, we will be going back to Sun the next time we are in need of a car. Their care, responsiveness and their commitment to their customers shows in everything we do and that's something that you don't find just anywhere.

Purchased a 2013 Highlander at Sun Toyota. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had at a dealership in years. The sales person, Todd Paris, was great. We needed a larger car for our family and Todd made sure it happened for us! No Dealer fees & a gas card was really nice too. I highly recommend this dealership. The easiest and fastest financing I have ever had. Overall a truly nice experience.

Bunch of liars and losers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Well I made an offer online for a car that they accepted but they sold it to someone else without letting me know. Screwed up my whole weekend and left me holding the bag on a rental car that I paid for to get there to pick up the car. SO far the worst dealer I have dealt with. Found out MY car was sold by email when I contacted the sales person to arrange to go get the car. What a bunch of losers. Thanks KIM! Great JOB!!

I have been doing business at Sun Toyota since 2000. Most recently, buying our second Prius. What a great place to do business. They have an all new store that is amazing and they no longer charge a dealer fee. No other dealers can touch Sun's prices. Staff have all been there for a long time. A+ Toyota dealership!

The Worst of the Worst Swindlers:
After a long drawn out process the sold me an FJ Cruiser. All the papers were signed and the terms of the contract were laid out. We went home happy. Then the phone calls started. Sun Toyota called at least 6-10 times a day asking for an addtional $1000 and told us that the financing didn't go through. What?? We didn't have another $1000. They presured us again and again and said they would call the cops on us. Finally we gave in, borrowed the extra money and bought it to them. How can a contract be changed AFTER a purchase. When you drive away after hours and hours of negotiation, how does everything change? I trully believe this is wrong and a sales ploy.
Now let;'s talk about the tire warranty. The sales manager told the story of how it "Paid for itself". He said that he had a nail in his tire and was given a brand new $180 tire. That's funny because when the same thing happened to me, all I was allowed to get was a $2 plug. They are liars and cheats! Don't do business with them.

I am a woman, so I often get the shaft at car dealers - but this was the worst experience I've ever had. I should note that although I am a woman, I am educated, in fact i have a phd - so I'm not stupid. Which is more than I can say for the people who work in this store. They are CAR SALESMAN, so it's very unclear how they get their sense of entitlement and rudeness.
The first time I went into the store, I was looking at a minivan, which I ultimately decided not to buy based on the price - the sales manager had the nerver to say to me "if you weren't planning on buying a car today - why did you come in."

several years later my husband bought a car and paid for an extended warranty. Which, by the way covers NOTHING. I sold the truck and went to get a refund for the warranty. I was treated indifferently by the young receptionist (shocker), waited 15 minutes, then treated as though I was trying to steal somthing by a random sales guy walking around. DON"T go here - unless you enjoy this sort of treatment.

i went to sun toyota and found a nice used SUV,we settled on a price and a downpayment.The next day we got a call saying we needed another 500 $ to secure what we thought was a done deal,my wife liked the vehicle and didn't want to lose the SUV so we ponied up again.Once again we thought the deal was done and took the vehicle home.I get another call the next day that the financing fell through but they had a great new deal for us.We went down there again and was told that to insure this great interest rate we needed another 500$. We didn't have anymore money to put down and was told that they wanted the SUV back if we couldn't come up with the 500$.Needless to say i was irate.Wait it gets better,I had the title to a older but working vehicle and offered that instead of the cash and they took it.The Business Mgr. Tom S.was closing the deal and told us the bank would only give us that interest rate if we purchased their 3 year warranty which was by the way was 1400$.I questioned it but he looked me right in the eyes and said that's the deal take it or leave it,so we took it.So when we went to the bank to close on the loan ,the loan officer tried to sell us there warranty but noticed that we had purchased sun Toyota's plan.So i asked the loan officer if it was true,that if we didn't purchase the warranty they weren't going to make the loan,and the loan officer kind of got uneasy and finally said that we could cancel the warranty.We finished up with the loan and went back to Sun Toyota for a fifth time to cancel the warranty.Tom S. was so rude and un-professional he was yelling ,telling me to be quiet and to get out of the dealership.We got the cancellation notice from him and are still waitng to receive our money back on the warranty.If there are any attorneys out there we need help.They never even submitted the warranty papers to the warranty company,so i don't know what the hold up is,they got paid the bank told us they cashed the check already.BEWARE THEY ARE CROOKS>

I went to this joke of a dealership to sell my elderly mothers' 2000 Camry with 29,900 miles on it. It is just a perfect car since she kept it in the garage and only drove it 3000 miles a year! The Kelly Blue book site even gives a mid-range value of $5000 dollars, which is low and skewed toward the dealers. This place offered $4000 dollars with a straight face!

What a waste of an hour of my time!!!!

We recently purchased a 2008 Tundra free of any body defects except for a small crack in the wind shield. Which they replaced, but in the process of the replacement the body shop at Sun toyota put a small dent in the bumper which is very noticable. They would not fix the bumper and told us it was our problem. Beware of particular Sales person that lies to make the sale. he told us there were day lights and later after the sale found to be not installed.He Lied to us.

We found a car we liked at Sun Toyota. We took the car on a test drive and negotiated the price for about 4 hours. We had left and later called them and agreed to the original price. As we were pulling into the parking lot, we received a call from the dealer. He indicated that the original price they provided us did NOT include the basic repairs and clean up (the car had just been rec'd and was in the back lot, so it was not in top condition). As we argued and indicated that it was included since the dealer previously provided us a card to list the repairs we requested on the car....they continued to say that "too many people were involved in the negotiations". Needless to say, we did not buy the car as they would not make the repairs.

Several months ago we contacted Carol Deary and worked a deal for a Toyota Highlander Hybred. She agreed to honor the Costco buying service price. In goog faith we gave them a deposit and had them special order the Highlander. We waited 6 months for the car to come in. When it did Sun Toyota Faxed us a contract with a price that was three thousand dollars more then the price we agreed upon. Jim Deary told us that his wife, Carolyn, gave us the wrong Costco discount for the car that she order for us. We asked Jim Deary to find the car that matched the price, and he never returned our call. The next day we spoke to Laurieann the customer relations manager, and she stated that the car we order went up in price. At no point were we ever told that after you order an automobile the price can go up. She was extremely rude, and make it very clear that they really didn't care about the orginal deal that was no longer available due to "supply and demand.",

Bought car from used car lot with sale pending an inspection. My mechanic stated told me to return the car because it failed a blcok test. They were rude from the start. We brought the car back and asked to watchtheir mechanics perform the test. The Sales Mgr snatched the keys, peeled off in the car, and parked it in the mechanics bay. He threw the keys and cussed at us. They did the test bust would not let us watch the entire time. The Sales Mgr came into the garage, pulled the mechanic aside, said something, and showed him a piece of paper. When we asked what it was he said it was none of our business, it was his paperwork. The mechanic then made us leave the garage. Their tests passed. They told us they didn't want to deal with us anymore and basically kicked us out of the dealership. We have since had another block test performed by another independent mechanic- the car failed the test once again. They have refused to make this right. They put the contract though and all of the financing leaving us stuck with a car whose engine may explode at any time. We are young and just starting off in life together. We cna't afford to have a car with a bad engine. What they have done is absolutely revolting. I can't beleive they are even in business. I would recommend that consumers stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Look for their name in the news because we may be forced to file a suit to make this right.

We brought the car back and asked to watchtheir mechanics perform the test. The Sales Mgr snatched the keys, peeled off in the car, and parked it in the mechanics bay. He threw the keys and cussed at us. They did the test bust would not let us watch the entire time. The Sales Mgr came into the garage, pulled the mechanic aside, said something, and showed him a piece of paper. When we asked what it was he said it was none of our business, it was his paperwork. The mechanic then made us leave the garage. Their tests passed. They told us they didn't want to deal with us anymore and basically kicked us out of the dealership. We have since had another block test performed by another independent mechanic- the car failed the test once again. They have refused to make this right. They put the contract though and all of the financing leaving us stuck with a car whose engine may explode at any time. We are young and just starting off in life together. We cna't afford to have a car with a bad engine. What they have done is absolutely revolting. I can't beleive they are even in business. I would recommend that consumers stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Look for their name in the news because we may be forced to file a suit to make this right.

My husband had a Previa for over 10 years and always had his services performed at Sun Toyota. They were always polite and efficient. With the 3,000 mile service they always guaranteed it in 30 minutes or it was free.

Recently we went in to test drive their 7 seater van. It handled really well and we liked it. The salesman was not overpowering.

We didn't purchase this time but may well do in the future.

PROS: Nice people, good service.
CONS: None.
