Had Rick Sweet replace my HVAC unit about 7 years ago. He installed the incorrect unit that is way too big for my house. When he installed it I immediately said something about how it was installed inside my laundry room. There were multiple leaks in the workmanship he provided and he was ready to leave. I made him "tape up" the leaks and that was the beginning of a terrible experience. I have had nothing but problems and can't get a reputable company to work on it. They all say the same thing, "We don't want to assume responsibility for this mess". Needless to say every company wants to replace everything he did and start over with a reliable unit. Rick Sweet is a dishonest crook!

The REAL Sweet's Heating & Cooling has been owned and operated by Rick Sweet for over 31 years and has a reliable, fantastic reputation! This is not now, nor has ever been his phone number. He has always been 317-506-5868. I don't know who this person is, but they are using an incorporated business name illegally.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your heating and cooling needs. Sweets installed an a/c unit for me back in the summer of 2008. For two years I was told that the unit was not leaking and that it was my indoor coil. After getting a second, third and fourth opinion, it was determined that the unit installed by Sweets had a freon leak. I spent well over 1000 dollars (new coil, thermostat, air filters, multiple estimates) on trying to patch an issue that was brought on by Sweets. Not once was the outdoor unit ever checked after it was installed. I was basically left at their mercy since they didn't do the due diligence to find the actual problem. It's now September 2010 and a different company found and fixed the leak in the outdoor unit. I've tried calling Sweets several times but have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Save yourself the countless hours and dollars and have another company service/fix your system.
