This is hands down the Best Vet Clinic when it comes to prices and services. Their prices are very reasonable. They have saved thousands of animals from pain and suffering allowing their owners affordable vet visits. I know this because I had taken my pet to Banfield and they wanted to charge me $800.00 for teeth cleaning and extractions. I refused to pay that. So I took my dog to Broadview and they only charged me $166.00, they pulled 7 teeth and did the cleaning on my small Matize-poodle (9 year old dog). The blood test was around $33.00 compared to Banfield which was $400.00 for the blood test. I love this place. I will tell all my friends and family about you. You truly care about our pets and don't try to rob us of our hard earned money. Your prices are reasonable and loving. Thank you Thank you Thank you

We started taking our dog to this clinic two years ago. Reasons: itching, hot spots, ear infections, scratching, biting his skin. smell. For two years several different vets looked at him. Every time we went home with a spray for hot spot and some antibiotics for ear infection. Now two years later of constant visits, apparently my dog has a chronic skin infection that is impossible to cure. They gave me 3 kinds of different antibiotics, thyroid meds, tramadol and steroids. Now my dog does not sleep at all, he is afraid to lay down because his skin is so raw and bloody and covered with scabs. He literally stands on day on his 4 feet. Nothing helps him to calm down. \n\nIn two years, not a single vet at that hospital was able to put two and two together to figure out that if the dog gets ear infection every 3 months, itches, scratches and is uncomfortable, there may be something else wrong with him. At the time it all had started my dog was 11, now he is 13. For the past several months those vets started blaming it all on his age. I finally just brought him in and said that I was not to leave the clinic until they help him. They shaved him (finally, two years later) and saw the raw bloody skin and realized in how much pain he has been. \n\nYes, it is my fault for not changing the hospitals. My friend goes there and for some, unknown to me reason, likes it. Plus, I have paid so much money to them during all these years, that it scared me to start the whole process all over at a new hospital. \n\nNow my dog does not sleep, cries all the time, stands all day long even when he no longer can keep his open and can barely walk. That's the result of neglectful vets at this hospital. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT EVER EVER AGAIN!

Positive: Clean facility, that's it
Negative: Rude front desk staff. The young lady at the front desk was too busy talking to her boyfriend on the phone to acknowledge my wife and I. She was also short and seemed bothered to be helping us. Broadview needs to understand that a customer is not an interruption of the day.
Negative: We brought our cat in because he had become bloated and his belly was swollen. The doctor that looked at him not only seemed like she was on some sort of medication, but also acted as if she was on some sort of narcotic. She touched his belly one time and said "he was overeating, just cut back on his food". She looked at him for a total of 30 seconds. We paid our bill and left. Three weeks later, after cutting back his food, the bloating got worse. We took him to Alameda East Vet Clinic to get a second opinion. Within 1 minute of looking at our "Lucky", she said something was wrong. After an ultrasound and further testing, we found out our cat had terminal stomach cancer and only had another few weeks to live. How could a cat with noticeable lumps in his belly go unnoticed by a professional in the vet field? As responsible pet owners, we would have like to have had the opportunity to help minimize our cat's suffering and not have to have him endure unnecessary pain. We eventually made the decision to move on and have our cat put down. We are extremely disappointed about the lack of care we received from Broadview and will not only not be going back, but we will be telling every animal owner we know about this experience and be posting this review in every forum.
Negative: We contacted the office manager at Broadview after we received the "final" bill for our cat. We wanted to tell our story to the owner of the facility. She took our information, didn't seem to care too much, and we never heard from anyone else after that.
Summation: DO NOT GO TO BROADVIEW, THEY HAVE INEXPERIENCED VETS AND VET TECHS.

These people are wonderful. I completely trust them with my three boston terriers. Even if they weren't the cheapest rates, which they are, I would still come here. The staff are so friendly and even with a wait I know there is a place I can bring my pet if they can sick and I don't have to take them to an animal hospital.

My parents and I have been taking our animals to Broadview Animal Clinic for quite a few years. Their rates are reasonable. A couple of years ago my cat needed an operation to save his life and Dr. Wingert did it at a discount. My cat is still alive today. Appointments aren't necessary, but you may want to make one if you can because the wait can be very long. Sometimes the wait can be long even if you have an appointment. There are several vets, but it's a popular place because of its relatively low cost.

Very good place to go. Lowest prices in the area. They have a lot of experience with the flat face breed. I have done csections and teeth cleaning there. I drive forty miles to save. Dr. Wigert is a little cool. But I can live with that. This is a place where I send everyone. New clinic next to the old one.Great!
