I really appreciate the fact that Postal Plus has notaries available. It makes it very convenient and especially when all the employees are certified (as I was told). However, one should be aware that a book of stamps @ $0.44 each should only cost $8.80, but Postal Plus will charge $10.00. Also, do not get your mail "Certified" there because for some reason, the U.S. Postal Svc. will not scan their "certified bar code" and one will not be able to trace it online. (For "Certified" mail, they charge $2.99, Post Ofc. charges $2.80) They do mention this, but did not clearly explain it, otherwise I would have just gone to the Post Ofc. and had this all done. Instead, they will give you a "Return Receipt" card (another $2.99) to go along with the "Certified" slip. They offered FedEx mail which is even more costly. Conclusion: Good for Notary, but NOT for postal needs. Yes, convenient but not worth the prices/frustration (they do return your money if you have a legitimate reason for them to). We will continue to do business with the U.S. Postal Svc.

Postnet has always been known for its superb alternative to trekking to the post office for your postal needs. It just keeps getting better. Under new ownership with its same employees, Postnet has added over 100 additional post office boxes, its added new couriers such as DHL, while keeping the favorites: Fed Ex and UPS; as well as pickup and delivery of printing jobs from local businesses. An added feature is the impressive array of gift items for that forgotten gift that needs shipping immediately for every age and sex. I've picked up a few of those gorgeous gift items for myself too. It's still the same great place as an alternative to going to the post office -- just better. Thanks Postnet!
