Nice hotel, but beware of parking lot theft. I locked my 2008 Yukon and it was broken into and my in-dash GPS/stereo stolen. I was not far from the front entrance to the hotel. "Sorry" is all they offer.

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

We stayed here and the location is good. very close to Disneyland and they have a shuttle service. Very cute. They only disappointment wast that we wanted a non smoking rood and the smell in our room was of smoke. They had no other rooms available.

How can you go wrong with a hotel that looks like a castle! I loved our room, the furnishings were very nice and the bed was ultra comfortable. The hotel was close to Disneyland and we had fun shopping at Downtown Disney. I was also looking to find a reputable body piercing parlor and a girl at the hotel recommended Tommy T's in Huntington Beach. I was very pleased. The Rose Garden at the hotel was beautiful and there was also a Deli at the hotel. It can't get much better than that. The employees were very friendly and our stay was relaxing! I would love to stay there again

My boyfriend and I recently took a trip to Disneyland during President's Day weekend. Although we are in our late 20's...we still like to explore the "kid" inner self.

We checked into the hotel VERY early and had no problem. We were actually upgraded to a suite room for being a Starwood member. The hotel is a little confusing at first...it took us a fair amount of time actually trying to find our room. The room was HUGE...and very clean.

The suite itself had a large family room area with dining room table. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The bedroom boasts a sitting area, entertainment center, and large California King size bed. It is clear this hotel had been rennovated top to bottom.

The free shuttle services every half hour to and from the park. 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m. for the night owl's.

Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling to Disney.

Pros: Close to park, clean, and quiet

Cons: $10 per day parking fee

This was my first time in this hotel, but I hope it won't be the last! The Hotel's Lobby was massive and clean, and the personell were very nice and helpful. The best thing is that it is close to Disney Land (come on, everybody loves Mickey Mouse!) and that you could see and hear the fireworks at night. We didn't have a good view from our room, but then the fireworks came at a better angle. We had in-room cable, and the service was great! Nice, comfortable rooms. I loved it!

Our family has stayed here twice. I must say, the first stay (about 5-6 years ago), I was IMPRESSED! My husband was out on business and I got to vacation at a very comfortable hotel! Our room was generous, the pool was nice and the perks (we were on the business floor with a lounge with breakfast and happy hour) were fabulous! Now that Disney has expanded, Sheraton is getting stingy. They now charge for parking, refrigerators and the business lounge is no more. Happy Hour has been scaled back and is located in the main bar- limited drinks, cheap food and they close it down even before the hours stated. The pool is still nice. The atmosphere in teh lobby and main lounge is nice, but it just was not as much of a treat to stay there the second time (about a year ago). Plus... they took the japanese goldfish out of the pond. bummer!

PROS: Close to Disney.
See Disney Fireworks from parking lot (and room).
Nice atmosphere.
Pool.
Nice concierge personnel.
Right off expressway.
CONS: Fireworks every night at 9:45... waking up sleeping babies.
Charge for parking.
Charge for just about everything- they nickel and dime you now.
Scaled back happy hour- limit of number and type of drinks and food is cheap.

English country style building. The landscape is beautiful. The price is great and the room is much bigger and clean. I love its breakfast and dinner. The food is fresh and delicious. They have a good chef.

We got a great deal on this hotel, and spent 5 days there with our 3 yr old. The staff is all very helpful, and the rooms are huge. Shuttle service was friendly and frequent enough that we could easily do all we wanted. There are 'nicer' rooms at other hotels, but the size and value made this a great choice. The water in the pool was too hot, that was our only real complaint. There aren't real views of Disneyland from the hotel, so don't go hoping to see the fireworks from your room. No businesses within easy walking distance, so you rely heavily on room service and the shop in the lobby, but the prices are very reasonable for a hotel. Great value overall.
